Last year, last week of August I weighed 140 lbs. I promise to myself that I will take care of my health. Specially now that I have a 3 year old daughter,( my height is only 5'0ft by the way) So I'm way over weight for my height. Somebody told me that half of me is fat and I felt really terrible.
So I started exercising at home, taking walk for 30 to 40 minutes everyday. I have seen great results I was counting calories also. September 27,2014 I weighed 131 Lbs. I was very happy that all of those hard work paid off but then thanksgiving and Christmas arrived. I started baking cookies every other day and I stopped counting calories and my exercise routine. So all those hard work was ruined when holidays come. I Hope I won't do the same mistake this time.

I signed up an online fitness program. (fitness blender) is the websites name.
They have such a great exercise video's.
I'm on my 4th week. I will try not to bake too many cookies this coming holidays or stop exercising.
I am not counting calories anymore. I eat whatever I want as long as I am not over eating...
Calorie counting is good but I don't feel satisfied through out the day. I'm depriving myself and its not helping me. It's just makes me wanna eat more food that I shouldn't have.
